Empowering Little Lives

Occupational Therapy
Occupational Therapy helps children build the skills they need to learn, play, and grow independently. We support children in developing skills for daily activities, learning, play, and social connection.

This might include:
-
Dressing, toileting, brushing teeth, or feeding
-
Handwriting, cutting, colouring, or using utensils
-
Sitting still, fidgeting, or participating in classroom or playground activities
-
Social skills, emotional regulation, and behaviour
-
Gross and fine motor skills, coordination, and attention

Our therapists work closely with families, schools, and other supports to create practical, personalised strategies that make a real difference in daily life.

We support children with a wide range of developmental and learning profiles, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Dyspraxia (Developmental Coordination Disorder), Dyslexia, and other neurodevelopmental diagnoses.
Early Childhood Intervention
Our Early Childhood Intervention Keyworker service supports children with developmental differences such as Autism, ADHD, Dyspraxia, Dyslexia, and other learning and developmental profiles.
Your child’s Keyworker is both their primary therapist and main point of contact, coordinating support and working closely with your family, their teachers, and other specialists to make sure everyone is on the same page. This model is widely recognised as the best practise in early childhood intervention.

Support happens in familiar places, including home, school, or early learning settings, so strategies fit naturally into daily routines and help children build skills in ways that work for them, at their own pace.

Group Programs
Our group programs give children and teens a fun, supportive space to build skills, confidence, and friendships. Led by Occupational Therapists and allied health professionals, each program focuses on practical, real-life skills.

Teen Hub (Ages 12 to 15)
